Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you place your order, excluding weekends and federal public holidays. No order processing or shipments will be completed on these off days.
2. US Domestic Standard Shipping
- Free Shipping Eligibility: Free standard shipping automatically applies to all US orders with a subtotal of $40 or more. No extra delivery charges will be added for qualifying purchases.
- Estimated Delivery Window for US Orders: After your order finishes processing, domestic packages typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
3. Special Note for Hong Kong Deliveries
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is only offered for orders shipped to addresses within Hong Kong.
- If you choose COD for Hong Kong delivery, full payment of your order total must be made in cash when your package arrives.
- Free shipping requirements for Hong Kong orders follow separate local terms, which will be shown at checkout.
4. General Shipping Terms
- Delivery delays may happen during holiday rushes, major sale events, or severe weather. We are not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping carriers.
- All listed delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed firm delivery dates.
- Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees for shipments outside the U.S. and Hong Kong are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
